FitPro Gym offers weekly, monthly, and yearly membership plans. Membership benefits, access duration, and features vary based on the selected plan. Subscription payments may be processed via Razorpay AutoPay where applicable.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store any sensitive payment information such as card details or UPI credentials. Successful payment confirmation depends on Razorpay and the user’s bank.
By subscribing to an AutoPay-enabled plan, you authorize FitPro Gym to automatically charge the applicable subscription fee at the selected billing interval until the subscription is cancelled by you.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time as per the instructions provided on the website or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles but will not affect already completed payments.
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review the refund page for detailed information regarding eligibility and timelines.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and for all activities conducted under their account. Misuse of services may result in suspension or termination.
FitPro Gym reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature without prior notice. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues.
FitPro Gym shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services, facilities, or website.
