At FitPro Gym, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in our membership and subscription services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.
You may request cancellation of your gym membership or subscription at any time by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or email. Cancellation will stop future AutoPay charges for subscription plans.
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the service period has started. This includes weekly, monthly, and yearly plans.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or technical errors, subject to verification.
For AutoPay subscriptions, cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Once a billing cycle has started, the fee for that cycle will not be refunded.
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
